BEEF AND MUSHROOM LASAGNA
Ingredients
Directions
Cook ground beef with salt, pepper beef spice 1 tsp green season and fish and meat sauce.
Ensure its juicy and not dried out.
Rinse mushrooms and slice, then pour boiling water to completely cover them and set aside until its time to layer.
In a bowl add softened cream cheese, the next half of the green season the 3 cups of cheese and combine to get a somewhat smooth mixture.
Ensure lasagna noodles are readily nearby, then preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Once the oven is heated, using an oven safe bake ware….
Add a thin layer of beef sauce to the bottom of the pan then lay the first layer of noodle.
After the noodles, lay the mushrooms then the cheese sauce.
on the last layer add a mixture of cheese sauce, beef mixture and mushrooms, cover and place on the middle rack for 30 minutes covered. (reserve some cheese sauce for the final step)
After 30 minutes, remove the cover and continue to bake for 20 minutes….
At the end of 20 minutes, add the remaining cheese sauce and turn the broiler on low until all the cheese is melted and the edges are crispy.
Remove from oven and let sit for at least 30 minutes before making the first slice.
Leftovers can be sliced in portion sizes and freeze for a quick lunch or dinner.
