Ingredients

1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
3 tbsp Soya Sauce
1 tsp Roasted Ginger
4 Stalks Scallion
1 Onion
½ of each Orange, Red and Green Sweet Pepper (deseeded)
1 Tomato (deseeded)
1 tsp Salt
1 Head of Garlic

Directions

Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend to the consistency you like.

Store in an air-tight container in the fridge for 7-14 days.

To use as a finishing sauce simply add butter and stock of your choice and simmer.
