What’s a recipe book without a popping homemade burger

So delicious so flavourful and very very simple to make….how can you not

Not to mention the compliments I’ve received for these burgers….some even questioning how I get such awesome flavour…well it’s easy with simple recipes, do it on the grill in a cast-iron pot or even on a griddle so let us waste no more time….here we go

My husband says it’s the best burger he has ever eaten…hmmh just being a supportive husband or he’s being genuine well you try this recipe and be sure to let me know….

Ingredients

2 lbs ground beef
1 tbsp garlic powder
4 tbsp dark homemade marinade
1 tsp cumin powder
1 pinch fresh thyme
1 pinch salt
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp cayenne pepper/cayenne pepper

Directions

Wash ground beef with vinegar and lime juice.
Make sure beef is completely dry before adding any seasoning.

After ground beef has been dried completely.add powdered seasonings and combine.
Add eggs and dark homemade meat marinade and incorporate evenly, cover and place in the fridge for an hour or for overnight.

After seasoned ground beef has been chilled,its time to shape them.
Using a burger maker, shape burgers and place in Ziploc bags and keep in the freezer for up to a month.
Using your hands scoop out ground beef and form a ball,place ball on parchment paper and press down,placing parchment paper between each burger, place in Ziploc bag and place in the freezer for up to a month.
