Cheesy Baked Oysters
Ingredients
12 oysters, washed, (brushed and shucked)
Fresh Garlic (chopped fine)
1 Lime or Lemon
Hot Sauce (totally optional)
Fresh Escallion (for garnish)
Cheese of choice (I used smoked Gouda)
FAUX CHIMICHURRI
Parsley, colorful bell pepper, and red onion.... chopped fine
2 tbsp Each of rice vinegar, honey and olive oil
1 tsp salt, pepper and garlic seasoning

Before you begin, start by prepping the chimichurri and set aside
Once the oysters have been washed, brushed properly and shucked, arrange them on the baking pan lined with parchment paper.
Turn on the broiler in the oven to high.
Start by adding a heaping fresh chopped garlic on each piece, followed by hot sauce then the chimichurri .

Once each piece have been dressed, put the pan in the oven on the middle rack.
Let broil for 7 mins.
After 7 minutes, remove from oven and add a small chunk of cheese on each piece.
Return to oven and continue for about 3 mins or until the cheese is melt to your liking.
Remove from oven and squeeze fresh lime juice over all the pieces and serve warm.
