Eggroll Wrappers
Ingredients
2 cups All Purpose Flour
2 Small eggs
2 tsp Spice of choice (cumin, garlic and onion powder is great)
1 tsp Salt
½ cup Water

Directions

Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and combine to form a soft dough.
Cover and let dough rest for an hour or from overnight.

Divide dough into equal pieces and roll each piece extremely thin.
Use right away to make egg rolls or place on parchment paper with a light dust of flour on top (lay them on a stack with parchment paper and a light dusting of flour between each wrapper) .
Wrap the wrappers with cling wrap then place in a Ziploc bag and place in freezer until ready to use,
Before using ensure its fully thawed for a better fry.
