Wash potatoes properly (even if the bag says pre washed ) and set aside

pre heat to 400 degrees, While the oven is heating up its time to get the beef chunks seared.......
Add 2 tbsp regular cooking oil to pan, add fresh garlic and allow up to heat to medium heat.
Once the garlic begins to brown in the pan, add the beef chunks and allow to sear foe a minute on each side....(do not over crowd the pot)......

Remove pan from oven and add the beef chunks, then distribute the potatoes evenly among the beef pieces.
Add the remaining fresh veggies that was used to season the beef, then pour the liquid all over the beef and potatoes.
Return to oven and bake for 1hr...

4

At the one hour mark, remove from oven, taste and adjust the flavor....(ensure beef is cooked to liking, you can always cook longer if needed)
