LOLA’S HANDMADE PASTA
Ingredients
Directions
Combine all dry ingredients then form a hole in the center.
Add egg yolks and use a fork to gently whisk into the flour mixture.
Add egg white and knead for about 10 minutes (dough should be hard and almost impossible to knead).
Cover and let sit for an hour.
After an hour, dough should be easily workable, go ahead and portion in 8 equal parts.
Flour work area and roll each piece into an oval like shape then proceed to make the pasta shape you want piece by piece.
Cook immediately and enjoy or store in freezer for up to a week, make sure its properly thawed before cooking.
