Roast Turkey Parts/Pieces
Ingredients

Clean excess skin and any junk present on the turkey pieces.
Rinse turkey pieces under cool running water and pat dry
Apply spices and herbs (use your hand to really rub the spices on the meat) to the meat pieces...
Cover and allow to marinate from overnight or for 3hrs before cook time.
Preheat oven to 420 degrees... and place a roasting pan to heat up with oven.
Once the oven is heated, line the roasting pan with parchment paper,
Place meat pieces skin side down into parchment lined roasting pan, cover and roast for an hour.
After an hour, add the vinegar and to the pan and flip the meat pieces,
Baste each piece with the juices produced, cover and return to the oven and continue roasting for another hour.
At the 1hr 40min mark the turkey should be ready, Remove pan from oven.
Remove the juices produced and return the pan to the oven (uncovered) and roast for another 10 or 15 mins.
The juices produced can be used as is, or and add ketchup or your fav sauce along with water and simmer for a more full bodied gravy....
Let meat rest for at least 15 mins (squeeze fresh lemon juice on the meat before) serving to family and friends.
